Jane M. Burroughs, CPA, Senior Manager Jane joined us in 1995 and was certified in 1994. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Lyndon State College. Jane is a member of the American Institute and the Vermont Society of CPAs. She is the Treasurer of the East Montpelier PTNO. Prior to joining us she worked for CPA firms in New Hampshire and Vermont. Jane holds Vermont CPA license number 1152. |

CPA, Manager Linda rejoined us in 1997 (after pursuing family and other business interests for a few years). She was certified in 2006 and has an associate's degree in accounting from Champlain College. She is a member of the American Institute and the Vermont Society of CPAs. She also has served as Treasurer for the Central Vermont Humane Society. Prior to rejoining us she worked for another local accounting firm. Linda holds Vermont CPA license number 1966. |

She is a member of the American Institute and the Vermont Society of CPAs. Prior to joining us she worked for several non-profit organizations and small businesses. Lela holds Vermont CPA license number 1952. |

| Nicole Sancibrian, CPA, Supervisor Nicole joined us in 2013 with seventeen years of accounting experience. She was certified in 1999 and has a degree in accounting from Castleton State College. She is a member of the American Institute and the Vermont Society of CPAs. She also serves as Treasurer for the Barre Youth Sports Association hockey program and the Northfield Country Club. Prior to joining us she worked for another local accounting firm. Nicole holds Vermont CPA license number 1470. |

Penny S. Bullard, Senior Accountant Penny joined us in 2003 with more than twenty years of accounting experience. She is mainly responsible for providing clients with governmental and non-profit accounting services. Prior to joining us she worked for a local government entity. |

| Renee Y. Hrubovcak - Senior Accountant Renee joined us in 2000 with fourteen years of accounting experience. She performs monthly accounting services for various profit and non-profit entities. She also prepares individual and corporate tax returns. Prior to joining us she was office manager/bookkeeper for a local RV dealer. |

Melanie L. Rodjenski, Senior Accountant Melanie joined us in 2009 with eleven years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. She is currently working on her bachelor’s degree from Champlain College pursuing her CPA license. Prior to joining us Melanie was a finance director for a local municipality. Melanie is responsible for governmental auditing and accounting and tax preparation. |

| Sarah Myers - Senior Accountant Sarah joined us in 2012 with over five years of accounting experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Champlain College and is pursuing her CPA license. Prior to joining us she worked for two local accounting firms. |

Kerry A. DeMartino, Staff Accountant Kerry joined us in 2007 after twenty years with a local insurance company. She has an associate’s degree in accounting from Community College of Vermont. Kerry is responsible for providing clients with bookkeeping and payroll services as well as tax return preparation and consultation. |

| Thomas J. Passburg, Staff Accountant Thomas joined the firm in 2011. He graduated in 2011 from Fairfield University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. In 2010 he interned at one of the "Big Four" accounting firms where he worked with clients evaluating research and development activities. |

Nathan A. Segale, Staff Accountant Nathan joined us in 2012 as an intern during his senior year at the University of Vermont. He graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. After graduation he was hired as a Staff Accountant and is working towards his CPA license. |

| Sandra F. Monti, Firm Administrator/Accountant Sandy joined us in 1985 and became our firm administrator in 1992. She manages all internal operations and accounting for us as well as working with many clients on accounting and tax matters. Prior to joining us Sandy owned and co-managed local restaurants. She is an active member of the Montpelier VFW Women's Auxiliary and the Montpelier Elks Club. |

Jean P. Nykiel, Support Staff Manager Jean joined us in 1981. She is our support staff manager. She is the primary telephone voice of FSV, and takes care of client and staff needs and the day to day operations of our office. Jean has taken accounting courses at Community College of Vermont. She is a member of the Berlin Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and has served as an Ambassador for the Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce. |

| Mariann Tilton, Support Staff Assistant Mariann joined us in 2010. She has a bachelor's degree in communications from LaSalle University. She assists the Support Staff Manager with many tasks and taking care of client and staff's daily needs. Prior to joining us Mariann had three years experience working for a local accounting firm. |
