| William L. Hull,
Supervisor Bill joined us in 1977. He graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelors degree in business administration. Prior to joining us he served three years in the U.S. Army, which included a one-year tour of duty in Vietnam and also spent four years with the State of Vermont's Social and Rehabilitation Services Department. Bill is a member of V.F.W. Post #792 in Montpelier, Vietnam Veterans of America and Disabled American Veterans. |

Linda J. LaFrance,
CPA, Supervisor Linda rejoined us in 1997 (after pursuing family and other business interests for a few years). She was certified in 2006 and has an associates degree in accounting from Champlain College. She is a member of the American Institute and the Vermont Society of CPAs. Linda holds a valid Vermont CPA license, #1966. Prior to rejoining us she worked for another local accounting firm. |

| E. Lela McCaffrey, CPA, Supervisor Lela joined us in 2004. She was certified in 2006 and has a degree in Philosophy from St. Michael's College. She is a member of the American Institute and the Vermont Society of CPAs. Lela holds a valid Vermont CPA license, #1952. Prior to joining us she worked for several non-profit organizations and small businesses. |

Renee Y. Hrubovcak, Staff Accountant Renee joined us in 2000 with fourteen years of accounting experience. She is mainly responsible for providing clients with bookkeeping and payroll services. Prior to joining us she was office manager/bookkeeper for a local RV dealer. |

| Sara J. Holub, Senior Accountant Sara joined us in 2003. She has a masters degree in business administration/accounting from the University of Phoenix and a bachelors degree in education from the University of Vermont. Prior to joining us she was a client service specialist for a large accounting firm in Arizona. Sara is currently preparing to sit for the CPA exam. |

Penny S. Bullard, Staff Accountant Penny joined us in 2003 with more than twenty years of accounting experience. She is mainly responsible for providing clients with bookkeeping and payroll services. Prior to joining us she worked for a local government entity. |

| Sandra F. Monti, Firm
Administrator/Accountant Sandy joined us in 1985 and became our firm administrator in 1992. She manages all internal operations and accounting for us as well as working with many clients on accounting and tax matters. Prior to joining us Sandy owned and co-managed local restaurants. She is an active member of the Montpelier VFW Women's Auxiliary and the Montpelier Elks Club. |

Kerry A. DeMartino, Full Charge Bookkeeper Kerry joined us in the fall of 2007 after twenty years with a local insurance company. She has an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting from Community College of Vermont. Kerry is responsible for providing clients with bookkeeping and payroll services. |

P. Nykiel, Support Staff Manager Jean joined us in 1981. She is our support staff manager. She is the primary telephone voice of FSV, and takes care of client and staff needs and the day to day operations of our office. Jean is a member of the Berlin Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and has served as an Ambassador for the Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce. |

Meghan S. McGregor, Support Staff Assistant Meghan joined us in December of 2007. She assists the Support Staff Manager with many tasks in our front office, which includes taking care of client and staff’s daily needs. Meghan has taken several classes at the Community College of Vermont in Montpelier. |
