Tax
We save people and businesses money and headaches. We research and prepare tax plans and returns. We represent clients on appeals and audits. We are highly skilled with the income taxes of the USA and can prepare returns for all the states. We can refer specialists for consultation on Canadian and other foreign taxes. We have lots of experience and ideas with sales and use, rooms and meals, real estate transfer, land gains, and all payroll related taxes. Financial Statement Reports
One of the hallmark services provided by CPAs is the preparation of financial statements and issuance of an “independent accountants’ report” on them. Financial statements can be either historical or projected.

Historical financial statements are like a snapshot and a movie of an operation taken together. The balance sheet lists assets, liabilities and equity at a certain hour, while the income and cash flow statements provide a glimpse of operations over a month, quarter or year. They are relied on for internal management and external investing and lending purposes.

We can issue compilation, review, or audit reports on financial statements. The level of CPA financial report needed for each operation varies. We ask some relevant questions so we can help our clients keep this at the lowest level (and cost) necessary for their long-term success. We talk directly with banks for our clients to be sure there are no missed expectations on either end. Accounting
Wherever possible, we develop fast, easy, reliable accounting systems at our clients’ locations. Personal computers, with the right training, are the keys to getting your own financial statements throughout the year that can be relied on to plot new strategies and major decisions. Investment in these in-house systems will significantly reduce the cost of outside bookkeeping and accounting help and give you a feeling of control and know-how over your operation.
