| John E. (Jeff) Fothergill, CPA Jeff is an owner. He joined the firm in 1981 after five years with the State Labor and Industry Department, and was certified in 1983. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Vermont. Jeff is active professionally in the American Institute and the Vermont Society of CPAs. In addition to various committee memberships, he has been a director and president of the Vermont Society, and served on the AlCPA's Governing Council. He served as a trustee and Treasurer of the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in Montpelier for several years. Jeff has conducted several classes for small businesses, bankers, judges, Realtors, attorneys and other CPAs. Jeff has also given expert witness testimony at trials. Mike is an owner. He joined us in 1982 and was certified in 1984. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Vermont. Mike is a member of the American Institute and the Vermont Society of CPAs. He is a member of the Montpelier Elks Club and the Barre/Montpelier Knights of Columbus. He also has coached basketball, baseball and softball in Montpelier. Mike holds Vermont CPA license number 526. |

Teresa H. Kajenski, CPA Teresa is an owner. She joined us in 1991 and was certified in 1995. She has an associate's degree in business from Charnplain College and a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Michael's College, graduating Cum Laude. Teresa has been a director and is a past President of the Vermont Society of CPAs. She is a member of the American Institute and the Vermont Society of CPAs and served on the AlCPA's Governing Council. She is also a member of the New England Graduate Accounting Study Conference. Prior to joining us she worked for CPA firms in New Hampshire and Vermont. Jane holds Vermont CPA license number 1152. |

Donald J. Murray, CPA Don is an owner. He joined us in 1998 and was certified in 1999. He graduated from Webber College in Babson Park, Florida with an associate's degree in lodging and restaurant management/accounting. Don is a member of the American Institute and the Vermont Society of CPAs. Don serves on the Supervisory Committee of the United Community Credit Union and is a past Chair of the Saint Monica School Board. Prior to joining us he worked for a large local wholesale company and a public accounting firm. Don holds Vermont CPA license number 1448. |
